Son of an Iran-Iraq veteran, Saman Yasin (Seydi), is a kind and spiritual soul. He passionately creates graphic designs and writes and sings hip-hop love songs and political rap songs. After his arrest, Saman was subject to medieval torture in prison. He was beaten and kept tied up in a standing position in a freezing room for three days straight in solitary confinement. Saman’s mother has spoken up about this brutality and pleads with the public to be her voice and help stop executing her innocent son. She sobs in a video clip begging the people to save her son from hanging.
