Arman Yekta Fallahabadi is a 30-year-old married man living in Gilan province. On November 3, 2022 he was arrested in a region, which was far away from where he had reportedly participated in protests. During his detention, he was tortured for 15 consecutive days to sign dozens of pages of false confessions. Solely based on this forcely signed confession, he is accused of “spreading corruption on Earth”. This unjust charge is made in an hasty and unfair trial, where no evidence was presented to justify the allegations. The made accusation put Arman’s life in grave danger of being sentenced to death. Arman deserves a better life.
